Job Description

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff in all aspects of information technology. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network and computer systems, and ensuring the security and integrity of our data.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to staff for all hardware and software related issues Troubleshoot and resolve network and system problems Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime Perform regular backups and ensure data security and integrity Manage user accounts and permissions Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and software Train staff on new technology and software updates Collaborate with external vendors for system upgrades and maintenance Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements Assist with the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data security best practices
