Job Description

IT Technician- SEMO Health Network https://www.semohealthnetwork.org/careers/ Southeast Missouri Health Network is looking for a technically skilled candidate with good problem-solving ability for the position of IT Technician. The duties include, but are not limited to, being a reference point for all IT related inquiries at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner and ensuring the optimal running of all systems. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills as they will interact with colleagues from various departments and executive levels. Being both teamwork oriented and customer service oriented is essential. This position will report directly to the Director of IT. Southeast Missouri Health Network serves Scott, Mississippi, Stoddard, New Madrid, Pemiscot, and Dunklin counties in Southeast Missouri. Therefore, the position can be based out of Kennett, New Madrid, or Benton. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience. Job Responsibilities Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for user issues. Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues. Provide technical support either by phone, remote access, or site visits as needed. Set up equipment for new users. Install and update network system improvements as needed. Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
