Job Description

IT Help Desk Representative Make a Positive Impact First State Community Bank is looking for an IT Help Desk Representative to serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance. The Help Desk Representative position will assist remote troubleshooting and diagnostics to facilitate appropriate resolutions. An excellent Help Desk Representative must have basic technical knowledge, patience and the ability to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.
