Job Description

Job Summary - Why you'll love this position This is an entry-level professional and technical help desk position assisting a computer technician lead. Individual will receive training and acquire experience in the field. Responsibilities - What you'll do Will be responsible to provide technical support for end users by troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues. Duties include maintaining a ticketing system for support calls, performing computer configurations, testing, removing company data from devices prior to surplus, re-imaging computers, maintaining printers, documentation, and professionally conveying hardware and software issues to a lead technician. Candidate would also be responsible to fill in for our operations group on a limited basis, including occasional nights, weekends and holidays. This would consist of processing daily jobs and assisting the draw team to post draws and run liability reports. Candidate must be well organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, have strong verbal and written communication skills, be a team player, and possess great problem-solving skills with an eagerness and willingness to add to his or her knowledge base. This is an in-office position. Qualifications - All you need for success An Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 15 earned credit hours in computer science or computer information technology. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for deficiencies in the required education.
