Job Description

Job Description:
Provide first-level help desk support for end users, resolving technical issues in a timely manner Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (laptops, monitors, printers, etc.) Assist with setup, configuration, and basic maintenance of IT equipment Document issues, resolutions, and recurring problems Support overall business systems and contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes Escalate complex issues as needed
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or related field Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office products Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (laptops, printers, peripherals) High school diploma or equivalent Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to quickly learn systems and operate in a hands-on environment
Soft Skills:
Experience working in a help desk or onsite IT support role Familiarity with general IT service management practices
Pay:
$25.01 - $28.00 per hour
