This role is responsible for maintaining hardware, software, and network systems while delivering timely and effective support to end-users. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized and comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of technology issues. Key Responsibilities End-User Support & Troubleshooting Promptly address and resolve help desk tickets to ensure timely support for end-users Set up, configure and deploy new hardware and so Troubleshoot technical issues across devices and systems including PC/s printers, phones, tablets and local networks Provide hands-on support and guidance to employees on technology use Systems Administration & IT Operations Support the administration of Office 365, Azure, and SharePoint environments Procure and manage IT equipment to ensure availability of necessary resources Assist with the introduction and implementation of new technologies Collaborate with managers on current projects and to enhance technical support procedures Ensure audit-ready documentation for all asset transactions and changes Qualifications Required Prior help desk or technical support experience preferred, or relevant education/certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) Experience setting up computers and installing/configuring software Strong troubleshooting skills across common IT systems and devices Ability to work efficiently in a hands-on, fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with end-users Willingness to occasionally work outside of standard business hours for maintenance or system updates Preferred Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy Basic networking knowledge Familiarity with iOS, Android, and mobile device management (MDM) Work Environment and Culture Full-time office-based with occasional job site or supplier visits Fast-paced environment supporting multiple projects simultaneously Safety-first, people-focused organization Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Additional Benefits We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified individuals are encouraged to apply.
