We are looking for a Desktop / Field Support Technician for our client in

Requirement/Must Have:
Strong experience in desktop and end-user support. Experience supporting Windows operating systems and MS Office. Knowledge of VPN, network printing, laptops, and mobile devices. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Experience working with ticketing systems and SLA management. Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience:
4 7 years of experience in onsite IT support or similar roles.
Responsibilities:
Install and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Perform break-fix support, IMACD activities, data migration, and system refreshes. Provide desk-side and onsite technical support to end users. Manage ticket queues and ensure timely resolution within SLA. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements. Perform software installations, updates, and configuration changes. Identify and resolve issues impacting end-user experience proactively. Support IT setup for onsite and offsite events and meetings. Assist with disaster recovery and emergency IT response. Maintain inventory levels and ensure compliance with security policies. Conduct access reviews, risk assessments, and maintain compliance logs. Coordinate with Level 3 support teams and project teams for escalations. Participate in on-call support on a rotational basis.
Should Have:
CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent. Experience working in diverse technical environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to travel to remote sites as needed.
Skills:
Desktop support and troubleshooting. IT service management and SLA adherence. Hardware and software installation. Vendor coordination and communication. IT operations support.
Qualification and Education:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
