The Job We are currently recruiting an entry-level IT Help Desk Specialist to support both technical troubleshooting and customer experience within a growing organization. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with technology and helping people solve problems in real time. In this position, you will serve as a key point of contact for users experiencing technical issues, guiding them through solutions while providing clear and professional communication. You'll work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates looking to build a career in IT support, technical services, or systems administration. What You Will Be Doing Provide technical support to users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system issues Communicate with customers to understand problems and guide them through solutions step-by-step Explain technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly way Track, update, and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while maintaining communication with users Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions Monitor support trends and suggest process improvements Participate in occasional customer meetings or site visits as needed What We're Looking For Technical foundation: Understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems Customer-focused mindset: Enjoys helping others and providing a positive support experience

Able to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users

Able to manage multiple support requests and follow through on tasks
