Job Description

IT Support Technician We are currently hiring an IT Support Technician for a growing team seeking a dependable and motivated individual with experience in desktop support, networking, and general computer troubleshooting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, supporting end users, and working in a hands-on IT environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide desktop and technical support to employees and users Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues Install and configure computers, peripherals, and basic network equipment Assist with user account setup and system access Maintain and support LAN/WAN connectivity Respond to IT service requests in a timely and professional manner Perform basic repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance on computer systems Document completed work and technical issues as needed
