Compensation:

$18/hour What You'll Be Doing Troubleshoot and repair printers, copiers, scanners, and multifunction devices Perform pre-configuration and setup of equipment Respond to customer service requests via phone and in person Diagnose mechanical and technical issues efficiently Maintain equipment at headquarters location Deliver excellent customer service during every interaction Collaborate with team members to resolve service challenges What You'll Need to be Considered Strong mechanical or break/fix aptitude Ability to quickly learn and become certified on specialized equipment Comfortable troubleshooting hardware issues hands-on Strong customer communication skills (in-person and phone) Detail-oriented with solid organizational habits Ability to lift up to 50 lbs INDIT
