Job Description

Robert Half Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to support our client in the manufacturing industry. This role is highly hands-on and operationally critical, providing technical support to systems that directly impact warehouse and manufacturing operations.

The position follows an overnight schedule of 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday through Tuesday, with Wednesday and Thursday off, and requires dependability and responsiveness in a production-driven setting.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on support and configuration for RF scanners used in warehouse and logistics operationsTroubleshoot and maintain Zebra label printers and related peripheralsPerform system imaging, device deployments, and updates using SCCM and/or IntuneDiagnose and resolve network-related issues including DNS, DHCP, Telnet, and SSHAdminister Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policiesDeliver Tier 1-2 technical support in a Microsoft 365 environmentDocument processes, incidents, and resolutions to support operational continuityEnsure minimal downtime for users supporting manufacturing and distribution workflows
