(RSD Inc.) is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to providing community-based supports and services for adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. Established in 1974, the organization operates across multiple locations, including Billings, Lewistown, Hardin, Laurel, and Red Lodge, with a focus on empowering individuals to make choices and expand their opportunities for growth and personal development. Job Summary Our organization is seeking a qualified IT professional to provide a wide range of IT services. The goal is to enhance our technological capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure robust security across all systems. Duties A.
System set up:
Visit and evaluate the equipment and set up at each location to be able to meet their needs of clocking in, doing computer work, scanning, printing, and faxing. Provide needs for each location and execute the set up to the best of your ability within our budget. Help us set goals and priorities for IT purchases. Identify the best service provider for the area. Provide maintenance for higher level support as needed. B.
Use of cloud services:
We would like to reduce paper use and become as efficient as possible using a cloud system, sharing documents, scanning and saving paper, etc. We would be looking for help setting up the system as well as providing training to leadership on how to use it. C.
Remote meeting and training opportunities:
Set each city (Billings, Red Lodge, Lewiston, Hardin) up with the opportunity to join meetings and training courses remotely and have an engaging experience. Train leadership on use and troubleshooting. D.
Video Surveillance:
Utilizing existing system when able to, set up a video monitoring system that can be accessed on demand from various locations across the organization without travelling to the site. Installation and setting up for video and sound coverage available to monitor all public areas of the organization. E.
Phone system:
Set up a phone system that works efficiently and effectively across the organization including the use of complimentary equipment such as cell phones. Identify and explore features that would increase efficiencies such as receiving voicemails via email and call-forwarding to cell phones. F.
Cybersecurity Solutions and Monitoring:
Help us to maintain a system that is HIPAA compliant where appropriate and not likely to be compromised by outside sources. Disaster recovery and prevention. G.
Technical Support:
Provide onsite and offsite technical support as needed when we cannot troubleshoot the issue ourselves. H. IT consulting and
Strategic Planning:
We are open to hearing other recommendations you may have as an IT expert. Experience Skills related to completing various IT activities, including basic installation, trouble shooting, maintenance, and upgrade of all equipment A. Attends all staff meetings as requested. B. Maintains confidentiality at all times. C. Carries out policies/procedures of agency D. Follows scheduled hours of work E. Reports any driving infractions that may affect insurability immediately. F. Keeps Operations Manager and other Managers informed about work schedule and activities, when requested G. Completes other duties as required by the Operations Manager and/or CEO. H. The ability to assess safety situations and use the right tools, be in good body position, and only work within the scope of the position and follow safety and protocol standards. I. Must demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve, have good time management, and organizational skills.
Pay:
$31.25 per hour
