Job Description

Description:
We are seeking a Digital Rights Management Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our Bozeman, MT office . This in-person position offers an excellent opportunity for someone organized, passionate about media, and eager to dive into the world of copyright and digital content management. You'll play a key role in protecting our valuable content and ensuring its use complies with all legal standards. Whether you're a recent graduate or looking to transition into digital rights management, we'll provide you with the tools and training to succeed. Previous experience is preferred, but we encourage candidates who are eager to learn, work hard, and grow in the role to apply!
Requirements:
Maintain Digital Rights Database:
Ensure that our digital rights records are up-to-date, accurate, and in compliance with licensing agreements, including tracking licenses, permissions, and usage restrictions for all digital content. Monitor for
Unauthorized Use:
Regularly review digital platforms to detect instances of unauthorized use of our videos and take the necessary steps to address infringements. Assist with
Claims & Infringements:
Support the team in investigating and managing claims related to copyright violations and unauthorized content use.
Ensure Legal Compliance:
Help ensure all digital content complies with copyright laws and licensing terms, and assist in implementing procedures to enforce these rules.
Manage Metadata:
Assist with maintaining accurate metadata for all digital content, ensuring rights and licensing information is properly documented.
Resolve Disputes:
Help resolve ownership conflicts, third-party claims, and disputes regarding digital content rights in a timely and effective manner.
Provide Team Support:
Offer guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders regarding digital rights, content usage, and copyright policies. Stay Updated on
Trends:
Continuously learn about new trends, tools, and technologies in digital rights management to keep our processes current and efficient. What we're looking for: Interest in

You don't need to be an expert—just a genuine interest in media law, digital rights, and content management. Attention to

Handling sensitive data requires accuracy and precision.
Clear Communication Skills:
The ability to explain complex issues clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Strong Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative Team Player:
You'll work closely with various departments, so being a team-oriented individual is essential.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable working with digital platforms like YouTube, Facebook Rights Manager, and content management systems (CMS). No experience? No problem—we'll train you! Preferred Qualifications (Not required, but a plus) A degree or coursework in media, communications, law, or a related field. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
