Job Description

The Facilities Helpdesk Technician, serving as a pivotal position within the Facilities Team, offers round-the-clock maintenance support across all company divisions, which include: Convenience Stores, Casinos, Car Washes, Hotels, and the Corporate Office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Promptly address maintenance requests from all divisions. Offer technical support and expertise to divisional teams. Troubleshoot and guide general repairs, service maintenance, and ordering. Manage work orders and maintain accurate records in the tracking system. Troubleshoot Convenience Store, Casino, and Car Wash equipment. Troubleshoot general plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC equipment. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency phone support and service. Maintain availability via company-provided cell phone during on-call periods. Adhere to regular business hours when not on call.
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES
: Support warehouse operations as needed. Undertake special projects as assigned by the Supervisor. Handle invoice processing and administrative reporting for the Facilities team.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant experience in facility maintenance or a related field. Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record • Ability to obtain a State of Montana DEQ Class B or higher Operator License within 6 months of hire date.
