Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, agents, and orchestration: experience building/using AI agents for support (e.g., Copilot Studio, custom GPTs, LangChain-style agents), automation scripting (PowerShell, Python), low-code/no-code orchestration (Power Automate, Logic Apps, n8n), and integrating AI into workflows for ticket resolution, document processing, compliance checks, and reporting. Hands-on knowledge of computer hardware assembly/disassembly, cabling, and modern device lifecycle management (Intune/Autopilot). Proven ability to assess problems, analyze root causes with AI-assisted diagnostics, and develop automated, scalable solutions. Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (including Copilot), enterprise resource planning systems, CAD/engineering tools (Solidworks), and government-contract-relevant applications (secure document management, financing templates, FAR-compliant workflows). Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced business/government-contracting environment while maintaining organized, accurate, and auditable processes. Excellent communication skills; proven ability to translate technical and AI-driven solutions clearly to non-technical users, including executives, finance teams, and government stakeholders.
