Job Description Civic Foundry seeks a self-motivated technical support specialist with excellent customer service skills to provide on-site helpdesk and desktop support for a multi-site medical service provider in Helena, Montana. The right candidate will strongly desire to learn and, over time, master multiple technical areas and implement actions as directed by a remote supervisor and technical staff. Essential Job Responsibilities This position will provide onsite end-user support for primary technologies such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, enterprise applications, Office 365, and VoIP phones, and perform basic network troubleshooting. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through the appropriate response to customer technology requests and proactively monitoring system availability. Provide end-user desktop support through a centralized service desk Deploy or install new PC equipment, multifunctional devices (MFDs), faxes, VoIP telephones and/or applications Perform periodic relocations of equipment Troubleshoot technical hardware and software issues, and escalate as necessary for assistance Configure and deploy Windows 11 and applications in an enterprise and mobile environment Provide after-hours support as required Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D Associate Degree or equivalent units in information systems or a related field. Relevant job experience may substitute on a year-by-year basis. Desire to grow professionally and willingness to take continuing education or certification courses in technologies relevant to the position (paid for by Civic Foundry) Ability to multitask and work independently with limited direct supervision Maintain a valid Montana driver's license and be willing to travel to sites within a 125-mile radius when required. Can verify the ability to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship Can pass a criminal background check Have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds Desired Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communications skills CompTIA A+, Windows 11, and Office 365 Certification Familiarity with principles of network troubleshooting (ping, trace route, nslookup) Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly those applications in Office 365 (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Certification in and/or demonstrated experience configuring and deploying VoIP telephone systems such as RingCentral Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant administration Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Intune, or other modern enterprise technology management solutions Strong attention to detail Strong focus on customer satisfaction

Pay:

$47,840.00 - $62,400.00 per year
