Job Description

We are proactively building a network of Help Desk Technicians for upcoming contract opportunities with our clients. These roles support internal employees and business systems by resolving technical issues, assisting with hardware and software troubleshooting, and ensuring users can stay productive. This position is ideal for individuals early in their IT careers who enjoy problem-solving, supporting users, and gaining experience across enterprise technology environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level technical support for users experiencing hardware, software, or system issuesTroubleshoot and resolve basic IT incidents including workstation, password, access, and connectivity issuesDocument support tickets and resolutions within the ticketing systemEscalate complex technical issues to Tier 2 or infrastructure teams when necessaryAssist with onboarding tasks including workstation setup and user account provisioningMaintain a high level of customer service while supporting employees across the organization
