Help Desk Specialist Y-Tech, LLC - 4.5 Fayetteville, NC Job Details Full-time 21 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Computer hardware Full Job Description Provides trouble shooting support to a user community employing computer systems and networks. Diagnoses problems and provides applicable remedies. May serve as a team leader in operations.
Minimum Requirements:
Experienced in computer hardware and software systems. Minimum (2) years of experience Understands how programs use computer hardware. Shift supervisor or lead diagnostician experience Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority. Bachelor's Degree Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
