A growing employer in Greenville is seeking a high-aptitude IT Representative to join their team 100% on-site. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who possesses a strong technical foundation and is ready to take on more responsibility in a professional server environment. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. While our client is willing to train on specific internal systems, they are looking for a candidate who already "speaks tech" and understands the fundamentals of infrastructure management.

Duties:

Act as the primary point of contact for internal technical support and hardware maintenance. Manage server access and perform basic administrative tasks within the server environment. Troubleshoot connectivity, software, and peripheral issues to ensure zero downtime. Maintain documentation for system updates and user configurations.

Job Requirements Experience:

1-3 years of experience in a technical support or IT-related role is preferred.

Technical Aptitude:

Exceptional problem-solving skills and a natural ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

Server Fundamentals:

Familiarity with server basics, specifically how to access and navigate a server environment.

On-site Commitment:

Ability to work 100% on-site at our Greenville facility.

Will be based on experience. Elect-to-Hire Pre-employment CBC and Drug Screen Mandatory.
