Job Description

Professional Computer Systems provides IT services for small businesses. PCS is looking to hire a help desk analyst. This is a full-time, in person position.
Job Description:
Assist clients with basic troubleshooting of desktop applications, help with Windows, Microsoft Office, etc. Onboard users, Office 365 account maintenance, password resets. Diagnose hardware issues and assist with new hardware setup. May involve on-site work.
Required skills:
Knowledge of computer hardware and familiarity with Windows desktop and Mac operating systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Office 365, and other productivity software. Applicant should have good problem-solving skills. Excellent people skills and good communication skills are required. The position involves dealing directly with clients. Willingness to travel - position may involve some on-site work at clients around western NC and upstate SC. Applicant must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be authorized to work in the US. Fluent English speaker.
Desired education / experience:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or Information Technology preferred. Or two years relevant work experience.
