Job Description
Do you like working with technology? Do you enjoy learning everything you can while helping others? Do you tinker with every piece of technology you can get your hands on? Does the idea of helping build something new excite you? We now have a part time position open just for you!
This role will include:
- Experience with Apple and Windows workstations
- Handle support requests from clients and end users
- Provide remote help desk support for clients and end users
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions for clients
Job Requirements:
- Experiencing troubleshooting Windows
OS 8,10, 11
- Experience troubleshooting macOS
- Basic experience with setup and support of Office 365 and G-Suite
- Basic Experience with remote management solutions
- Knowledge of Networking equipment (switches, patch panels, VLAN routers, firewalls, VPN, etc.)
- Willingness to research and present solutions for clients and internally
- Valid NC Drivers License Education /
Certification Requirements:
- An Associate's degree in a computer-related field is preferred but not required.
- In work certifications such as A+, Network+ preferred.
