Bi-Weekly Productivity & Performance Bonus About the Role Mickey Truck Bodies is hiring a System Support Specialist I to provide first level technical support to end users across our growing organization. Mickey Truck Bodies is a premier manufacturer of state-of-the-art bodies and trailers, and specially engineered vehicles sold in over 50 countries around the world. The innovative product line-up is prevalent in industries such as food & beverage, vending, propane, rental trucks, emergency & rescue, battery, oil & natural gas, and data storage. The company Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 help desk support for end-user issues related to hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices. Respond to and document support requests in the IT ticketing system in a timely and professional manner. Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, peripherals, and approved software. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, device preparation, and access changes. Create and manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 under supervision. Troubleshoot 365 issues with Intune, Entra ID and Exchange. Train users on 365 applications and best practices. Qualifications Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications. Good understanding of Active Directory, user accounts, and group permissions. Ability to diagnose and resolve common technical issues methodically. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred. One (3) year of help desk, technical support, or related experience preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Physical Requirements Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards Must be able to communicate clearly While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to routinely sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear, use hands and fingers to keyboard, turn handles, feel, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, crawl, reach, and stretch. The employee occasionally moves around the office and enters the manufacturing areas. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
