Summary As an IT technician, you will assist with the management of computer hardware and connectivity in both data and voice networks to achieve high availability and maximize performance of the various business applications supported by IT including outlying facilities. This position will be expected to provide end-user assistance, training, and support where required, which may include monitoring the IT helpline with some on-call nights and weekends. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot enduser workstation hardware, software, peripheral devices, cabling, and software. Initiate and follow up on offsite repair of hardware as needed. Configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot handheld devices used for data access. Receive and respond to incoming local or remote facility requests for assistance access, hardware, or software issues. Assist with onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex network problems. Assist with network improvements, upgrades, and repairs as directed. Support development and implementation of networking projects and new technology installations. Install and configure hardware and software components on Windows machines. Create IDs, email accounts, AD accounts, and other accounts that provide access to various systems inside the network. Troubleshoot Printer/Copier/Fax machine, hardware, and software issues. Provide technical support for end users in Office 365. Repair, replace, or upgrade hardware/cabling/Software. Work on Patch panels and racks. Provide support to users on call or through the ticketing system. Procure, configure, and deploy computer hardware and mobile cellular devices. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, in person and remotely. Network support and troubleshooting, from device connectivity to VLAN configuration. Configure nontraditional networkattached devices. Cooperate with other personnel to achieve departmental objectives and maintain good employee relations, interdepartmental objectives, and infection control policies. Cordially demonstrate timeliness and professionalism in appearance, communications, and actions during all interactions and with all individuals and entities. Solve practical problems, deal with a variety of issues, and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications A minimum of a high school diploma (GED) Proven experience in IT. Strong knowledge of IP/network setup, Windows software, DHCP, Active Directory, DNS, and cable management. Strong knowledge of
LAN/WAN/WIFI.
Knowledge of making CAT (5/6) cables using RJ45 and connectors. Proven experience with VOIP systems. Must be selfmotivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Must have strong organizational skills. Must be selfmotivated and flexible to accommodate changes in business strategies. Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted. Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written. Must agree to and pass preemployment screenings (drug screen, background check, MVR) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Management, or related field; or relative experience. Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM, and other businessrelated software. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools. Familiarity with car wash POS/Tunnel systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office products
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This position also requires the ability to move between locations, therefore the ability to drive daily, as well as pass a semiannual Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). Must be able to maintain a flexible fulltime schedule including working some evenings and weekends. Hours of work include, but are not limited to, the hours of operation. Current hours of operation are 7 days a week, 7:30am9pm, closing only December 25th. Corporate office hours are Monday Friday 8am 5pm.
