Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team in our Oxford, North Carolina location. This role is responsible for providing technical assistance to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring users have the technology support needed to perform their jobs effectively.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred. Comp TIA A+ and/or Comp TIA Network+ certification preferred. 3-5 years of experience providing technical support in a business environment preferred. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and computer hardware Working knowledge of networking concepts, including
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
connectivity, and network troubleshooting. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently, and collaborate effectively with team members, vendors, and business partners to resolve technical issues.
