In this role, you will be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mobile devices and computers. Your technical expertise will help customers get their devices back in top shape quickly and efficiently. Requirements Must speak both English and Spanish (Bilingual Required) Responsibilities Diagnose and repair issues on various mobile devices including smartphones, tablets, concoles and other portable electronics. Perform hardware repairs on computers and laptops, including replacing components like screens, batteries, and internal parts using hand tools. Troubleshoot software problems across multiple operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to analyze circuit boards and perform soldering or component replacements as needed. Conduct comprehensive testing of repaired devices to ensure optimal functionality before returning them to customers. Provide clear technical support and guidance to customers regarding device operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting steps. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic procedures for quality assurance. Skills Proficiency with Android, iOS (Apple), macOS (Apple computers), and Windows operating systems. Strong soldering skills for repairing circuit boards and electronic components. Experience with using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, multimeters, and other equipment repair tools. Knowledge of computer hardware components including motherboards, processors, RAM, storage devices, and peripherals. Ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting complex electronic issues. Excellent analysis skills to identify root causes of hardware or software failures quickly. Effective communication skills in both English and Spanish, enabling clear customer interactions in a bilingual environment. Experience providing field service or retail sales support related to mobile devices or computer equipment is a plus.
