- Friday, 40hrs per week, (onsite) Other Work/Responsibilities Other duties as needed Minimum Experience/Education High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of experience in computer hardware support, troubleshooting, repair, IT support, or a related technical field.
Department Required Skills Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming computer hardware. Evaluate condition and functionality to determine recycling or refurbishment. Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on refurbishable units. Document inspection results and maintain inventory records. Provide technical support to customers regarding refurbished computers. Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations Some duties involve retrieving equipment from a heated work shed. Please note that the heating system may take time to warm the space, so the employee should be comfortable working in cooler temperatures for short periods.
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
