Learn more about us at www.45drives.com About the Opportunity As a Technical Service Leader, you will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring our technical service team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and supervising a team of technical service professionals Providing training and development opportunities to team members, especially in developing their personal potential Fostering a cohesive team environment Ensuring high-quality technical support and customer service Collaborating with other departments to improve service processes Monitoring team performance and implementing improvements Handling escalated technical issues and providing solutions Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies Translating technical concepts for customers and team members for educational and mentoring purposes In this role, you'll have the chance to make a real impact by leading a team that supports our innovative products and solutions. Our ideal candidate has experience in a technical setting, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for conflict resolution and team development. To be successful in this role, you should have: Proven experience in a technical setting, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to train and develop team members Highly flexible in interpersonal interactions Experience in technical support and customer service Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalated issues Proficiency in relevant technical tools and software A passion for technology and innovation A degree in a relevant field considered an asset About the Benefits At 45Drives, we believe in rewarding hard work and dedication.
