Operational Management:

Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery. + Building and developing a great team: Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of our dedicated Direct Support Professionals. + Ensuring seamless support: Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve. + Maintaining excellence: Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations. +

Regulatory Compliance:

Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.

Adaptable Leadership:

Proven time management and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and quickly adapt to the needs of a growing program. +

Essential Foundations:

An Associate's Degree in a related field and at least one year of experience providing direct support or similar services. Experience can be substituted for education. +

Required Certifications:
