Direct Support Supervisor:
Be a Leader, Make a Difference! Are you a passionate and organized leader ready to ensure the highest quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities? As a Direct Support Supervisor, you'll be the vital link between great support and successful operations. You'll coordinate and manage all program activities, ensuring we meet every regulatory requirement.
Your key responsibilities include:
Operational Management:
Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery. Building and developing a great team: Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of our dedicated Direct Support Professionals.
Ensuring seamless support:
Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve.
Maintaining excellence:
Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations.
Regulatory Compliance:

SCHEDULE

Requirements What YOU'LL Bring:
We're looking for a motivated professional with a unique blend of compassion and operational savvy.
Dedicated Service & Operational Excellence:
A genuine passion to serve others and a strong focus on creating seamless, efficient support environments with meticulous attention to detail.
Adaptable Leadership:
Proven time management and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and quickly adapt to the needs of a growing program.
Essential Foundations:
An Associate's Degree in a related field and at least one year of experience providing direct support or similar services. Experience can be substituted for education.
Required Certifications:
Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in CPR and Med Aide 40.
