Job Description

American Recycling is an R2V3-certified electronic recycling facility. We recycle all old electronics and computer equipment. This includes desktops, laptops, tablets, etc. Due to the growth of our business, we need a Computer Repair Technician to sell these online and join our team.
Hardware Repair Operations Diagnostics:
Testing motherboards, RAM, CPUs, and peripherals using multimeters
Component Replacement:
Safely swapping defective parts (e.g., hard drives, screens, batteries) in desktops, laptops, and servers.
Refurbishment:
Cleaning, wiping data, and upgrading used equipment for resale.
Quality Assurance:
Running stress tests to ensure systems operate at peak performance post-repair.
Online Sales & E-commerce Inventory Management:
Tracking stock levels of spare parts and refurbished systems across e-commerce platforms.
Listing Optimization:
Creating detailed product descriptions, uploading high-quality photos, and setting competitive prices.
Order Fulfillment:
Managing shipping logistics (labels, tracking, courier drop-offs) along with the team.
Customer Service:
Answering technical inquiries, processing returns or warranties, and managing online store ratings. We train you for 15 days to build your confidence in the job and the procedure. American Recycling is looking for a motivated individual. We are accepting applications for full-time shifts. The pay rate will be determined based on experience and knowledge.
