Helpdesk Associate NTT Ltd - 3.5 Lincoln, NE Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Laptop (troubleshooting support) Remote technical support 1 year Escalation handling Entry level Full Job Description NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Helpdesk Associate with 1-3 years of call center experience or a combination of education and experience. As a Helpdesk Associate you will provide basic technical support to the client's desktops laptops via the phone, email and remote tools. Those issues that you are unable to resolve will be escalated to other internal employees such as desktop support, network server support, as well as messaging support groups. The support that we offer our clients is 24 hours, 7 days a week.
