IT Support Specialist Blue Valley Behavioral Health Lincoln, NE Job Details Part-time $20 - $23 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Windows Microsoft Office Microsoft 365 support Full Job Description Blue Valley Behavioral Health (BVBH) is seeking a part-time IT Support Specialist based in our Lincoln office. This position will be two - three days a week for a total of 14 - 21 hours weekly. The IT Support Specialist will serve as a point of contact for staff needing assistance troubleshooting hardware, software, device, and connectivity issues. Qualifications Experience in technical support and customer service Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and HIPAA-protected information Experience working with healthcare providers/healthcare systems preferred Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, and Windows Ability to efficiently prioritize and complete support requests Strong troubleshooting, communication, and IT problem-solving skills Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Professional, dependable, and punctual Being able to work independently along with having a proactive/preventative mindset Please email your resume to apply.
