Qualifications & Experience Required:
Must be 21 years of age or older. High school diploma. Two (2) years of experience installing and troubleshooting Windows operating systems, desktop hardware, and Microsoft products, with exposure to deploying and maintaining servers and network equipment in a data center. One (1) year of experience working in an Active Directory environment using system tools such as WireShark, Fluke Meter, Altiris, and Ghost. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Previous experience in a casino setting. Experience with gaming systems, table game systems, cash-dispensing systems, and kiosk technology.Preferred:
Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA A+, or Network+ certification. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Exposure to varying conditions including weather, confined spaces, noise, dust, chemicals/fumes, heights, and secondhand smoke. Requires regular lifting of up to 50 lbs., physical agility, balance, coordination, and dexterity for handling IT equipment. Involves extended periods of mobility, standing, and occasional overtime or extended hours. Requires concentration, analytical thinking, and decision-making under time pressure. Schedule Full-time role supporting 24/7/365 operations. Day or Swing, with evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday hours required based on business needs.
