IT Computer Repair Technician- FT

Schrock Innovations is hiring a friendly, motivated Junior Technician to join our Papillion Service Center team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn and make a positive impact helping customers with technology.

What You'll Do:

Assist customers at the Service Center (walk-in, phone call, or a scheduled home visit) Deliver quality customer service that makes the customer feel heard and supported Diagnose and troubleshoot first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex issues to senior technicians Help customers understand their devices and proactively suggest ways to improve their technology Accurately document service events, including issue and resolution

What We're Looking For:

Available to work a full-time schedule A strong desire to solve problems and help others Basic familiarity with computers, smartphones, and common operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid driver's license to travel from the Service Center for home visits Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks that include standing, bending and kneeling Why Join Us?
