Responsibilities for Field Technical Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Monitor systems to identify performance issues and resolve routine technical problems using established procedures.
• Perform on‑site device support, including replacing consumables (toner, paper), clearing paper jams, and assisting users with device functionality.
• Install and configure hardware/software following documented protocols and standard procedures.
• Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Follow incident, change, and problem management processes, meeting daily production goals and maintaining service quality. Candidates for Field Technical Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Associate or bachelor's degree (technical preferred) with 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
• Basic IT knowledge, including hardware, device support, and understanding of IT environments.
• Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to talk to both technical staff and first‑level management.
• Problem‑solving ability using defined procedures and protocols.
• Willingness and ability to travel across all cities in Missouri to provide on‑site support. What's in this Field Technical Specialist position for you?

$17.07 - 22.34/hr.

Shift:

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday
