Responsibilities:
Scaling and optimizing multi-channel support operations Delivering world-class service to digital subscription customers Growing and coaching support teams in fast-paced environments Diving into complex issues and driving improvements Collaborating with cross-functional teams Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of Customer Support Management experience High School Diploma / GED Proficiency in Zendesk Experience with Digital Products Technical environment comfort Problem-solving skills Highly collaborative mindset
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Experience with Subscription-based Products Familiarity with support platforms
