Technical Systems & Labeling Specialist (Entry to Mid-Level) We are an established service organization supporting food retail and processing operations across the region. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to support advanced labeling systems, scale programming, and light IT-related functions. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, hands-on, and interested in working with both software and physical equipment in a fast-paced, real-world environment. Key Responsibilities Create and edit custom label formats for retail and food production environments Develop and maintain label templates across multiple systems Assist with scale programming and system configuration Support data integration between labeling, POS, and related systems Troubleshoot software, labeling, and connectivity issues Assist with light IT needs (device setup, updates, connectivity) Work closely with a Senior Technical Specialist on system implementation and support Qualifications Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with both software and physical equipment Basic understanding of networking (IP setup, device connectivity) Familiarity with POS systems or retail IT environments preferred Experience with labeling systems or design tools is a plus Understanding of food labeling compliance is a plus What We're Looking For Organized and self-motivated Practical and hands-on Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn Able to troubleshoot independently and think critically

Pay:

$26.51 - $31.93 per hour
