IT Support Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT Support Specialist with a minimum of two years' experience, troubleshooting/maintaining/implementing servers, workstations, and network architecture, to join our technology team as soon as possible! Qualifications and Skills Windows servers ( installation/maintenance experience a plus), including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP Routers/WAPs/Switches (WatchGuard, Netgear, Aruba) Microsoft 365 Partner Administration and Use Cybersecurity understanding and knowledge Ability to manage tickets using ConnectWise PSA and ASIO Fluency in performing hardware, software, networking, troubleshooting, and issue resolution Desktop support and implementation for Windows 10 and up, Mac OSX Working knowledge of VPN, VLAN, firewalls, security, and network. Responsibilities Efficiently troubleshoot issues and aid clients with incoming requests, examples being: workstations, servers, printers, email, and backup; networking infrastructure (routers, WAPs, switches, etc.); cybersecurity issues. Learn/manage/excel with client Microsoft 365 environments and apply best security practices Manage tickets, configurations, and client records using ConnectWise PSA and ASIO Occasional travel to client sites within a 20-30-mile radius (expenses paid). Grow your technical skills through vendor training and certifications Learn the software/hardware used and supported by our company and clients
