Overview:

The IT Support Technician provides hands-on, in-person technical support across a large healthcare campus. This role supports end users directly and works closely with clinical and technical teams. The position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, foundational IT troubleshooting experience, and interest in growing into healthcare technology or clinical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide desk-side technical support to end users Troubleshoot PCs, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity Support devices connected to enterprise networks Walk across multiple campus buildings to resolve issues Collaborate with a large technical team using shared knowledge tools Deliver excellent customer service in a healthcare environment

Qualifications:

Basic IT troubleshooting experience Comfort working in a healthcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and adapt Mechanical, electrical, or biomedical interest preferred Healthcare or clinical exposure a plus, not required

Schedule & Requirements:

Monday-Friday, multiple shift options On-call rotation after FTE conversion Valid driver's license and vehicle required Non-smoking / non-vaping requirement
