Technical Support

Our client is looking for a technical support specialist for their law firm. This is a permanent, hybrid position located in Hackensack, NJ. Candidate should have previous experience working for a law firm.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to deal with and respond to end user technical problems and follow through to resolution. Responsible for hardware support, software support, assisting with deployment/imaging and user configurations, onboarding/offboarding users, equipment moves and installations, mobile device support, as well as setting up audio/video meetings in conference rooms. Participate in internal projects as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills a must. Must be able to work as part of a team, as well as independently. Minimum of 3 years experience with Windows 11/Office 365. Familiarity or experience with legal applications, document management, financial applications, review platforms, or equivalent systems would be an asset. Analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to troubleshoot and provide end user support. Information technology degree or related certification(s) preferred, but not essential.

Salary:

55K - 65

K Hybrid Hours:
