- Japanese Bilingual The position will function as a bridge between the business user including client facing units, the project team, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution of project, aligning them with project goal and the users' expectations.

JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support daily activities among client facing units 1. Facilitates meetings and discussions to address issues or concerns throughout the project lifecycle. 2. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, email correspondence, and deliverables of each milestone. 3. Provide regular updates to/from the project team on each meeting with business units, other stakeholders, or IT units. UAT and Data analysis 4. Supports client relation activities by preparing UAT scenarios together with each account officer. 5. Participate in UAT and report the progress, findings, system issues including questions by logging them in pre-determined format. 6. Conduct necessary research, which includes data analysis or communication between on specific service level or function of new systems. Project coordination 7. Organize and maintain tasks assigned to client facing units throughout the projects. 8. With help from managers, enhances other business units' knowledge and understanding of new systems as well as service level changes by helping them to create UAT test cases, procedures, user manuals, and promotion materials including service outline documents. 9. Assists manager's responsibilities and project managers' responsibilities in the program during his/her absence. 10. Performs all other project-related tasks assigned by Management. Communication between end user groups including Tokyo office and customers. 1. Support ongoing communication between client facing units and put together into Q&A or tutorial documents. 2. Develop effective promotional methods and documents to promote the improvement and changes for this project. 3. Supports translation between Japanese and English and edits documents for customers and affiliated entities. 4. Communicate with the other departments to obtain or confirm information regarding periodical and ad-hoc reports. 5. Manages maintenance of promotional data and enhances those data for various uses and develops effective promotional tools/methods and promotes Bank's products. Promotional Activities Coordinates to improve the Bank's services; including custodial management, securities lending and other products. Develops effective promotional tools and methods to promote the Bank's products. Markets new products to meet clients' needs. Provides information or publications to clients. Others 1. Assists department manager's responsibilities and other managers' responsibilities in the department during his/her absence. 2. Performs all other duties as assigned by Management. 3. Provides high quality work by ensuring accuracy and seeking to continuously improve our processes and platforms by embracing new and better ways of doing things. 4. Enhances employee's knowledge and understanding of job responsibilities through continuous communication and on the job training. Training should focus on establishing high quality/accuracy of work.REQUIREMENTS 1.
Either bachelor's degrees in business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Information Technology or equivalent preferred. 2. 5 or 6 years' work experience (work experience in Financial Institution preferred) 3. Strong PC skills in Japanese and English (MS Word, Excel, Access preferred). 4. Strong team working and communication skills (verbal/written) in Japanese and English.
