Slice Merchant Services is seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable Technical Support Specialist who will be assisting our clients with a smooth and efficient •on-site/in-person•equipment setup process as well as troubleshooting. This individual MUST be enthusiastic about supporting our clients by offering customer satisfaction & reliable technical support.
Responsibilities:
COMPLETE ON-SITE SETUPS OF OUR EQUIPMENT AT THE CLIENT'S LOCATION PROVIDE TRAINING AND GUIDANCE TO CLIENTS ON HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT DIAGNOSE AND RESOLVE TECHNICAL ISSUES RELATED TO OUR EQUIPMENT PERFORMING MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS ON EQUIPMENT MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS OF ALL WORK PERFORMED COLLABORATE WITH OTHER TEAM MEMBERS, ACCOUNT MANAGER AND SUPERVISOR TO ENSURE EFFICIENT AND TIMELY RESOLUTION OF ISSUES COMMUNICATE EFFECITIVELY WITH CLIENTS AND COLLEAGEUES, BOTH VERBALLY AND IN WRITING FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS TO ENSURE ALL EQUIPMENT IS WORKING PROPERLY
Requirements:
WORKS WELL IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT ENTHUSIASTIC, SELF-DRIVEN, AND LIKES TO PROBLEM-SOLVE GREAT COMPUTER SKILLS EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL ABILITY TO LEARN FAST MULTITASKING STRONG VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
