Job Description:
Field Support Analyst New York, NY 4 month contract with option to extend or hire Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. Edit content for the documentation of software applications and hardware environments. Create photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate the material.. Provide ad-hoc technical assistance to managers and other members of the application development team.

Incident Request Management Skills:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
