If you love troubleshooting, talking tech with customers, and taking ownership from first call to final fix, you'll feel right at home on our Technical Support team. To wow our customers with products that truly shine—and sound! What you'll do You'll provide world-class technical support for Coastal Source outdoor audio and lighting products. You'll listen carefully, troubleshoot step-by-step, and deliver solutions tailored to each customer—while keeping communication clear, timely, and professional. Answer inbound technical support calls, emails, and web chats; follow up quickly on missed calls and voicemails Troubleshoot product and service issues—identify, isolate, and resolve problems as efficiently as possible Use technical expertise and creativity to guide customers through solutions and set expectations Share specifications, warranty details, and technical resources to support installers and dealers Help create and maintain support documentation, white papers, and short instructional/troubleshooting videos Support dealer relationships by addressing concerns, checking orders, and partnering with Sales Reps as needed Create and maintain warranty/RMA requests with accurate dealer information and detailed notes Inspect RMAs to identify failure points, recommend corrective actions, and complete repairs in a timely manner Assist with quality control of incoming shipments and contribute to process improvements Participate in demo-van buildouts (wire, program, test, and document) What you'll bring 2+ years of technical troubleshooting experience (or demonstrated technical ability) Experience supporting customers via phone, email, chat, and/or in person Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to adapt your style to different customer types A creative, driven troubleshooter who goes the extra mile to fully resolve issues Ability to analyze, isolate, and resolve multiple complex issues while staying calm and organized Comfort investigating technical solutions while actively speaking with customers Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy with computers and smartphones; eager to learn new tools and products A team-first mindset that thrives in an open-office, family-like culture
Compensation:
The estimated base salary range for this position is between $23.00/hour and $26.00/hour. Please note this pay range is a general guideline. Compensation decisions are based on several factors, including - but are not limited to - the scope of the role, relevant work and industry experience, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and business considerations. Work environment & physical requirements This is an on-site role in Moorestown, NJ. The position involves regular sitting and computer/phone use, with time spent standing, stooping, and occasionally lifting components—up to 75 lbs (most lifts are 30 lbs or less).
