Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance for the IT hardware products we sell. This role will support both internal sales teams and external customers by addressing technical inquiries related to servers, networking, storage, and hardware components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT hardware support, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple manner. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to both the internal sales team and customers regarding product specifications and compatibility Offer basic troubleshooting and guidance for server, network, storage, and component hardware products Assist with technical inquiries related to product selection, configuration, and use cases Coordinate with internal departments on technical escalations, including: Product compatibility questions RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) cases Vendor/manufacturer-related support requests Maintain clear documentation of technical issues and resolutions Support smooth communication between customers, sales, and technical teams Required Qualifications Previous experience in IT hardware technical support or a related technical role Familiarity with enterprise hardware products, including: Servers Networking equipment Storage solutions Components and peripherals Strong ability to explain technical topics in a clear, customer-friendly manner Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience supporting products in a B2B IT hardware wholesale or distribution environment Knowledge of major networking brands such as: Cisco Aruba
