This role will help set up, configure, and optimize our NetSuite environment, support ongoing system improvements, and play a key role in employee onboarding and training. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across systems, users, and departments to ensure NetSuite supports business operations effectively while also assisting with broader IT and desktop support needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation, setup, and ongoing optimization of the NetSuite environment.
  • Partner with internal teams to gather requirements, recommend configurations, and implement system changes as needed.
  • Create, customize, and maintain role-based, individualized, and personalized dashboards to improve usability and visibility for employees and departments.
  • Assist with employee onboarding by setting up users, roles, permissions, and system access.
  • Develop and deliver employee training for NetSuite and related tools, including user guides and process documentation.
  • Provide day-to-day support for NetSuite users, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution of system-related problems.
  • Manage portal administration and support related system access, user maintenance, and process improvements.
  • Work with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and improved workflows.
  • Support data integrity, saved searches, reporting, and general system configuration updates.
  • Provide broader IT and desktop support across the company, including onboarding of new employees and basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and rollout of new configurations, enhancements, and process changes. Qualifications
  • Proven experience working with NetSuite in an implementation, administrator, analyst, or support role.
  • Experience configuring NetSuite, maintaining user roles and permissions, and supporting system enhancements.
  • Strong experience creating dashboards, saved searches, reports, and personalized user views.
  • Experience training end users and supporting employee onboarding within business systems.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical system configurations and process improvements.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with general IT support or desktop support is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

From $70,000.00 per year
