HEALTH CENTER / INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY / BUSINESS APPLICATIONS POSITION SUMMAR Y
This is a professional position with active participation in the successful daily support of IT applications. In coordination with management, provides technical support and project deployment support to ensure efficient ongoing operation and use of IT Applications. Provide day-to-day support for enterprise healthcare applications, including troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis. Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and end users to ensure system performance, support upgrades, and deliver user training.
REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Management, Systems Analysis or related field; OR high school diploma / GED and a combination of relevant education and/or experience totaling two years may be accepted in lieu of degree. Minimum two years of healthcare, business administration, or other directly related experience. Experience supporting Patient Care and Enterprise IT Applications. Proficiency using computers and desktop software systems. Knowledge of or experience with financial management, accounting principles, medical reimbursement, database and query tools (SQL) and Nextgen preferred. Experience working as a team to deploy enterprise-level software deployments and upgrades. Demonstrated history of performing application troubleshooting/incident response to identify and resolve end-user issues. $100 EMPLOYEE
