Computer Information Systems Full Job Description Requirements:
Valid NM Driver's License with clean driving record Flexible availability Monday-Friday between 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (up to 30 hours/week)
Position Summary:
Assist with providing technical support for computer hardware, software, and related systems. Troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades, and support system operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals Diagnose and resolve system issues Assist with system installations and upgrades Respond to service requests and coordinate with staff Support data conversion, system restoration, and reconfiguration Generate reports and assist with user needs
Additional Duties:
Maintain system documentation and security Stay current on technology trends Perform other related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis) At least 1 year of related IT experience preferred
Work Environment:
Office setting with frequent computer use Occasional outdoor or off-site work may be required CHW8010
Pay:
$23.50 per hour
