In this hands-on role, you'll monitor system and network performance, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues of moderate complexity, and provide exceptional support to end users both remotely and on-site. You'll serve as a key escalation point for Help Desk issues, partner closely with IT staff on projects, and contribute to continuous improvement by developing knowledge base documentation and recommending process enhancements. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges while delivering excellent customer service, this is the opportunity for you. We're looking for a proactive, team-oriented professional with strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies. You'll bring at least three years of IT experience (or equivalent), a solid understanding of Microsoft desktop environments, and preferably exposure to virtualization, Cisco systems, or Linux. Certifications such as A+ or Network+ are a plus.
