This position supports clinical, residential, administrative, and operational staff by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, mobile device, and system-related issues. The IT Technician assists with maintaining secure and reliable technology systems, supports Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms, Microsoft 365 environments, physical security systems, and organizational technology infrastructure. This position requires strong customer service skills, technical troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced behavioral health environment while maintaining compliance with
HIPAA, 42 CFR
Part 2, and organizational security requirements. The position was developed utilizing responsibilities and competencies identified within the organization's IT support framework. Requirements 1. Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be substituted. 2. Minimum of two (2) years of information technology, help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience. 3. Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications. 4. Experience troubleshooting computer hardware, printers, mobile devices, and basic networking issues. 5. Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar device management platforms preferred. 6. Experience supporting healthcare, behavioral health, or highly regulated environments preferred. 7. COMPTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certification, or equivalent certifications preferred. 8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
